The Consequences of Falling by K.D.Lang from Invincible Summer

I remember that feeling …. the one that sits now, deep in the woods like a rusty old hunk of discarded metal.

  1. A very fine combination, her “Consequences of Falling” and your picture. I’m a big fan of K.D. Lang. Her “Drag” album is a killer collection of songs with smoke and smoking in each tune and love and love lost a recurrent theme. The song, “Hain’t it Funny” is worth the .99 cent download…and then some.

    • I own every CD K.D. has ever produced or appeared on and I’ve seen her perform live twice. Not only is she one hell of an entertainer (very funny!), you can’t find a better alto anywhere. (Well, I take that back. Mary Chapin Carpenter is on par with K.D.) I’ve been a K. D. Lang fan since she was country, which was a LONG time ago!

    K. D. is very talented and I love to hear her sing. That picture is very interesting. Bet that car holds a lot of memories for someone.

    • I couldn’t agree more about K.D’s talent! Glad you like this shot!
