Great macro, Cheryl. The color, saturation and image sharpness are stellar.

I remember how difficult it was to manage ‘good’ bokeh with the ole’ fashioned 35mm SLRs…or perhaps more accurately…finding a lens that accomplished good out-of-focus backgrounds. And there is indeed bokeh that adds to the structure of a picture and that which does not. The gentle touch of it here compliments this piece, methinks. Oh yeah, the more important part. The gladiola is lovely!
