Just another rambling fool at WordPress.com

I’m having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to share some music. For now, I guess the very bland play bar will have to do. The song is Una Mattina by Ludovico Einaudi. I would be lucky to play half this well some day!

  2. Oh, oh, oh!!! I love these. They are fantastic!!! Lilacs are one of my most favourite flowers and the rains drops kick them up another notch for me!!!! Wonderful job!! Oh, it’s raining here too but it is just making my horses slip and slide in the mud. :0(

    • I love my lilacs too! These are just about ready to open and I can’t wait. This is a four year old re-blooming lilac and it’s taken a few seasons for it to start blooming all summer long. And it’s been worth waiting … the scent is lovely and the flowers are small and dainty. It’s supposed to be a dwarf, but I’ve found that I need to keep it well pruned or it will get tall and leggy. I’m hoping to add a few more to my property this summer … I like it that much! Hope your weather improves soon!

I love the scent of lilacs. There’s folks who want to totally change the lilac into a different colored one…like white, and the scent doesn’t come through.

So, how are your eyes? I’ve been meaning to touch base with you, but things have been busy. I want to make a comment about your Empathy post, but I’m rather stupid in how to move around your website. I’ll figure it out, eventually..
