I like the second and fourth images, Cheryl. If just could have got a little more depth of field. What was your aperture setting?

Wayne, the second photo was f/16. I took several shots of that rose at different aperture settings, but that was the clearest of the bunch. I went up to f/22, but because there was a very faint breeze, the rose in the foreground was just slightly blurry in that shot. Ug! The fourth photo was at f/4.5 but that was the only shot I took of that bud as I didn’t find it all that compelling when I was shooting. When I went to process the shoot I ended up liking it more than I thought I would out in the field. I usually try to shoot a couple of different aperture settings if I think the background is going to be problematic or interesting, but that time I didn’t!
